About the campaign

Sick Of It! Fix Health Care Now is channeling the frustration of millions of Americans across parties who are fed up with a health care system wrecked by Donald Trump and Republicans to fund tax breaks for billionaires.

We’re bringing the public’s top issue directly to lawmakers to make health care more affordable, accessible, and equitable in 2027 and beyond.

In our largest grassroots campaign to date, Protect Our Care is working alongside state and national partners to mobilize communities across the country through events, town halls, and a coast-to-coast bus tour this fall, lifting up patient stories and holding lawmakers responsible for devastating funding cuts.

What we're fighting for

We’re angry.
And we have a plan.

Protect Our Care is calling for lawmakers to act on the commonsense solutions Americans are asking for.

01

Lower premium costs

Restore the Affordable Care Act tax credits Republicans ripped away — and stop premiums from skyrocketing for millions of families.

02

Reverse the Medicaid cuts

Reverse Republicans' Medicaid cuts that hurt children, seniors, people with disabilities, and families.

03

Lower prescription drug costs

Expand Medicare drug price negotiations, and extend the $35 insulin cap and the $2,000 out-of-pocket cap to people with private insurance — so every American can benefit from lower prices.

And more policies to make health care affordable, available, and equitable.
